1 cup warm water
1 pack active dry yeast
2 1/2 - 3 cups flour
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

Combine water, yeast, 1 1/2 cups flour in a large bowl.  Add oil, salt, and gradually add the remaining flour.  Knead until it holds its shape - about 5 minutes.  Transfer the dough back to the bowl, and let rest for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.  Divide dough into two-plus parts in balls.  Let rest, covered for 15 minutes.  Roll it out.

(Place toppings as desired on top)

Bake at 500F for 20 - 25 minutes.
